Pan Fried Tilapia Fillet with Sundried Tomatoes and Basil Potatoes in Olive Oil




Ingredients for the Tilapia Fillet - 
Tilapia Fillet
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Butter
Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil

Season fillet with salt, pepper and butter. Pan fry fillet and add sundried tomatoes on top.


Ingredients for Potatoes - 
Baby Potatoes (sliced in small pieces)
Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Butter (for flavor)

Boil potatoes until soft. Pan fry with olive oil and a bit of butter for flavor. Add Basil, salt and Pepper
