Baked Chicken Breast Fillet with Sun dried Tomato and Mushroom

Baked Chicken Breast Fillet with Sun dried tomato and mushroom drenched in olive oil








Ingredients - 
- Chicken Breast
- Can of sliced mushrooms
- Sun dried tomatoes in olive oil (sliced into strips)
- Basil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Pasta (optional)


Place chicken breast in the center of the foil. Top with the sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, salt and pepper, basil. Wrap up foil tightly and bake at 260C for 20 mins. Open up foil and bake another 5-7 minutes. Serve on top of cooked pasta.
